Gaia, Earth, is our home planet. From an elemental perspective, Earth is the center of the Universe. It is where humans, plants, and all known life forms get sustenance. It is important to feel connected to this element, to be grounded, balanced, and "down to Earth." Earth represents the ability to be comfortable in our physical body and makes us aware of the homework required to provide the balance needed to complete life's destiny.

Applications: Use to help balance, ground, and connect with our center. Earth is helpful for meditation and sleep disorders. Earth helps us to be present in our body and to understand our reason for being here.
