Welcome to August! Fire summer is coming to a close as we move into the period known as late summer or the Earth element here in the Northern Hemisphere. The heat of summer will be cooling off at the end of August or so we hope. Record highs have been reported all over the world. I believe one way to look at all this heat is to see it as a burning off of things we no longer need. This allows us to get closer to our own hearts and our true self. Then when harvest season arrives in just a few weeks we will be reaping the harvest of our true selves with a deeper connection to our hearts and Unity of All. A profound sense of relaxation seems to be an almost universal experience for those receiving an Acutonics session. Welcome to March! The time of shifting from Winter to Spring. In winter we go deep within to rest, gather knowledge of who we are and wisdom to bring it forth into the world. March begins with us deep within and then at the Spring Equinox, we arise out into the world. This is a great time for spring cleaning, letting go of what we no longer want and planting the seeds of what we DO want. Welcome to Winter and 2019! Winter is the element of water. The meridians are the Kidney and Urinary Bladder. The energy of winter is to go within, to root – just look at the trees and all their energy directed into the root systems. Take the time for reflection, meditation and to nourish yourself, take warm baths and connect deeply with the Divine Being you are. December is the darkest time of the year. It is energetically a time of going deep within. Like a tree deep into our root system.
