I am an Aquarian, so I embrace new and progressive, but let’s face it, Aquarius for all its eccentric glory, is a fixed sign and set in its ways. Not to mention my grand fixed cross makes sudden change a bit of a challenge. So when it became obvious (transiting Uranus is conjunct a corner of that cross now) that my Acutonics classes and practice could not be performed in person with real live bodies in the COVID 19 Pandemic, I grudgingly accepted my new path to online classes, Zoom live distance sessions……and I created a Youtube channel. more »

I have been teaching Acutonics® for almost 17 years and have incorporated online (live classes) for the past several years. It began when a student from across the country wasn't able to make it to class, due to a change in her school schedule. So, I included her in my classroom via Skype. During these past several years, technology has come a long way. I have worked with several platforms and began using Zoom when they first launched their business. In the beginning, I could only have two or three students at a time without the whole platform or my computer crashing. Since then, I have been meeting with students online who are interested in extracurricular study and guidance, fulfilling their clinical hours, as well as teaching course curriculum classes from time to time. more »

Things sure have changed quickly. Many of us have had to pivot our lives over the last couple months to find new ways of educating our children, conducting business and our everyday tasks. What we thought could never be done, such as working from home, kids learning off of the television and celebrating special occasions over FaceTime has now become the new normal. We have been combining the creativity within our human spirit with technology, keeping the world moving forward. Yes, the world will go on. While we have a way to go and some bugs to work out, we are creating this world one step at a time. Mother Earth has shown us that with a little bit of help on our part, she can reverse many of the environmental challenges that we face. This is all so inspiring and encouraging to me. However, electronics have not always been my friend, I want to share what I have learned over the last few years, in hopes of making this transition easier for all of us. more »

It all started 15 years ago when I received a UPS package with a Sedna set a present from my BFF Alicia Villamarin. It took a year and a half of work with Sedna to understand the layers she accessed within the body, the resonance, depth she reaches, and secrets she touches. So, I’ve been thinking that Sedna holds the secrets of all the tuning forks, she unfolds their secrets when I just listen and do nothing. Listen with no intention, no intervention. And – it finally became clearer. Donna was the trigger - in words. What I’ve been doing and feeling for 18 years (since I started Acutonics) and trying to share with students and colleagues, is how it works for me, the way that channeling comes through so strongly, when using the tuning forks. more »

As we evolve, in these extra ordinary times we learn to hold clear and consistent physical boundaries towards those who cannot abide peacefully in your presence, while sending them love anytime they arise in thought or acting out of soul essence. Sometimes, you cannot prevent an 'attack' from happening, when it's meant as a wakeup call to catalyze crucial life changes involving those who aren't quite able to step into the potential you may see they're capable of becoming. more »

It is generally thought that the vibrations associated with disease processes like viruses tend to be at the lower end of the frequency range. It follows then that a useful strategy for being resistant to these frequencies is to raise and harmonize our own frequencies, as well as to create coherence with higher frequencies in the subtle fields around us. more »

The dragon in Chinese mythology is fierce by nature and has an inherent desire to protect treasures as well as humans, and to guide their souls. Where the Christian and chivalric traditions have distorted and portrayed dragons as evil for their own agenda, like they have with the snake, in the Orient, the dragons symbolize, power, wisdom, strength, and hidden knowledge, that helps us to connect with our untamed nature, our true essence, our own wellsprings of creation. Dragons were highly revered representing terrestrial and celestial power. When dragons reach a certain age, they develop wings and take on more responsibility. more »

Over 20 years ago, our holistic vet suggested that, since we were acupuncturists, it would be useful for us to do regular acupuncture treatments to help address the persistent digestive imbalance that our Standard Poodle puppy, Jazz was experiencing at the time. We studied references for point location in animals and mapped out a treatment plan based on the pattern of the imbalance. Then we plied Jazz with petting and small treats and inserted needles in the appropriate points. Ever the patient and cooperative being that she was, she stood perfectly still and allowed the needle insertions without a flinch. When all the needles were inserted she waited just a minute and then began systematically removing the needles with her teeth. Perhaps this wouldn’t be as easy as we thought. more »

In 3D reality we perceive time as a linear progression from past to present to future (space-time). From this perspective we are now at the beginning of not only a new year, but a new decade. That is a perception of time as discontinuous, that is, there is a distinct past separated from the present, which is separate from the future. more »
